• Work with artist, management, and creative consultants to design tour concepts
• Facilitate vendor and staff contract negotiations
• Hire technical staff
• Generate and tailor artist technical riders and hospitality riders
Manage all National and International tour logistics:
• a) Book air and ground transportation for artist and production team
• b) Book hotel accommodations
• c) Arrange Immigration and visas for entire production
• d) Strategize itinerary in collaboration with booking agencies.
• e) Facilitate International ocean and air freight forwarding and customs
• f) Advance with FBO’s to insure smooth arrivals and departures for each city
Advance production for artist promotional activities:
• a) Press conferences
• b) TV appearances
• c) Commercials
• d) Music videos
• Collect data, design and create tour book itineraries and back stage passes
• Create flexible and dynamic workflows to better manage schedules accordingly
• Active liaison between talent, management, producers and production team
Day to day management of production and team including:
• a) Supervise workflow and staff hires and fires; incl. trade unions I.A.T.S.E. & Teamsters
• b) Maintain daily schedules
• c) Manage all show features from inception to final performance: including stage and instrument set up and breakdown, front of house, monitor and lighting systems, video production, backstage, load in/ load out, security details
Execute and advance production for artist promotional activities:
• a) TV appearances
• b) Music videos
• c) Press conferences
• d) Commercials
• e) Crew daily artist press requests from PR agency
• f) Coordinate artist meet and greets
• Coordinate and make sure all tour kits and gear are returned to Band, Staff and Vendors
• Create, bid out and oversee budgets and ROI projections
• Settle out all petty cash/per diem
• Payroll
